We really hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If however, you are not satisfied for any reason, we are able to provide a refund or exchange on the basis we are notified within 14 days of you receiving the goods. This is subject to the conditions set out below.

To request a refund or exchange, please email contactus@aboutmejewellery.com with your order reference, the name of the items you would like to return and the reason for the refund or exchange. We will provide you the returns address to send the item back to, and once the goods are received with us, we will inform you if the return has been approved.

Good must be received back to us within 28 days of the order being placed. Please note any items displayed damaged deemed to be a result of wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

If the refund is due to shipping error or damaged goods we will cover the cost of returning the item. In all other cases you are responsible for the cost of sending the item back to us. Please note that items must be unused and returned in the original packaging.

Once a refund has been approved, we will refund the person who paid for the order. Please note refunds can take 5-10 working days to appear back into your account after the refund has been processed. For an exchange, you will receive the item in the normal delivery time.
